Rolling waves meet an imperial dragon guiding its young. Crafted by ceramic master Tsai Hsiao-fang to revive the pinnacle of Qing dynasty Yongzheng imperial kilns, this "Underglaze Red Sea Wave & 'Dragon Educating Child' Relief Meiping Vase" bears a blue-and-white "Da Qing Yongzheng Nian Zhi" reign mark on the base. Featuring a narrow mouth and swelling shoulders, its silhouette is noble and balanced. The exterior is intricately painted in fine-line underglaze copper-red with turbulent ocean waves in a deep, refined crimson hue. The central motif portrays an elder dragon guiding a young dragon soaring across vast waters—embodying the auspicious meaning of "Dragon Educating Child" and timeless familial legacy. Accompanied by a custom carved hardwood stand, it stands as a commanding heirloom masterpiece.
