2. Select Tea Gardens: We handpick our tea leaves directly from tea gardens in Taiwan's central mountain range, at altitudes over 1000 meters, including renowned areas like Lishan, Nantou, and Alishan.
3. Rigorous Testing: Before each new season's tea goes on sale, we send it to a national standard-compliant tea biochemical testing company for a comprehensive analysis of 411 pesticide residue items. Only tea leaves confirmed to be completely free of pesticide residues are offered for sale.
4. Professional production: We ensure that every tea-making process is strictly controlled, from picking, withering to fermentation and baking, all following the perfect combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology.
5. Double Assurance: For extra peace of mind for our customers, we have taken out a NT$10 million Fubon property liability insurance policy (Policy Number: 0525-24AML0007641).
6. Professional Tasting: Each batch of tea undergoes rigorous tasting by our team of professional tea masters before sale, ensuring flavor, aroma, and mouthfeel all meet the highest standards.
