Dongding Oolong Tea
It is the earliest famous oolong tea in Taiwan and is named after Dongding Mountain in Lugu Township, Nantou County, where it is produced. Traditional Dongding Oolong tea is medium fermented and medium roasted.
The throat rhyme is mellow and resistant to foaming, and the aftertaste is rich and sweet. The color of the tea soup is golden to amber, and the aroma of ripe fruit is accompanied by the aroma of roasting fire.
Falling throat is full of flavor and has a special frozen top mountain flavor. It is deeply loved by those with heavy tastes.

【Brewing suggestions】
Hot
Tea: Take a 200cc teapot and put in 1/4-1/5 of the tea leaves.
Water temperature: 90~100 degrees c water temperature for brewing
Time: The soup comes out in about one minute. It can be brewed 6-8 times according to personal preference.
