2025 Winter Tea Taiwan Fushoulishan Tea high mountain Oolong Tea


Located in Fushou Mountain, Heping District, Taichung, at an altitude of 2,100 to 2,600 meters.
This area is shrouded in clouds and mist all year round, retaining the pristine nature of the virgin forest.
The Fushou pear mountain tea produced has a bright green color, a sweet, smooth taste, thick and active taste, and a fruity aroma when you drink it.
Moreover, there is often frost and snowfall in winter, and the temperature difference between day and night is large.
Therefore, the grown tea leaves have a sweet taste and a good tea flavor, which can be said to be the biggest feature of Fushouli Mountain Tea.

【Brewing suggestions】

1、 Hot

  Tea: Take a 200cc teapot and put in 1/4-1/5 of the tea leaves.

   Water temperature: 85~95 degrees c hot water brewing


   Time: The first time, let it stand for 50 seconds. The second time, let it stand for 45 seconds. The third time, let it stand for 60     seconds. Continuous brewing can add 10-30 seconds. 

You can brew 6-8 times according to your personal preference.

 

2、Cold

Put 6g of tea leaves into a 600cc cold water bottle, shake the container gently and put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, then you can drink sweet cold brew tea (please do not brew for more than 24 hours)
