2025 Winter Tea Highest Mountain Yushan Tartaga High Mountain Oolong Tea


Yushan is the highest peak in Taiwan, with an altitude of 1,800 meters on the mountainside. The alpine climate is cold, with short days and large temperature differences.
In the afternoon, when the clouds are shrouded in mist, the high mountain tea produced is sweet, smooth, fresh and active, making it very popular.

Place of Origin: Xinyi Township, Nantou County


【Brewing suggestions】

1、 Hot

  Tea: Take a 200cc teapot and put in 1/4-1/5 of the tea leaves.

   Water temperature: 85~95 degrees c hot water brewing


   Time: The first time, let it stand for 50 seconds. The second time, let it stand for 45 seconds. The third time, let it stand for 60     seconds. Continuous brewing can add 10-30 seconds. 

You can brew 6-8 times according to your personal preference.

 

2、Cold

Put 6g of tea leaves into a 600cc cold water bottle, shake the container gently and put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, then you can drink sweet cold brew tea (please do not brew for more than 24 hours)

 

※ You can increase or decrease the tea leaves, brewing time and water amount according to your preference.
