2025 Winter Tea Authentic Dayuling Alpine Tea

Produced in Dayuling, Taiwan
Altitude 2200 meters to 2400 meters
Shrouded in clouds and fog all year round, with an average annual temperature of less than 20 degrees Celsius, tea grows slowly
The unique geographical environment makes the tea leaves thick and pectin rich.
The frost is obvious and has a special alpine atmosphere
The entrance is rich and intoxicating, and the aftertaste is sweet and pure.

【Brewing suggestions】

1、 Hot

  Tea: Take a 200cc teapot and put in 1/4-1/5 of the tea leaves.

   Water temperature: 85~95 degrees c hot water brewing


   Time: The first time, let it stand for 50 seconds. The second time, let it stand for 45 seconds. The third time, let it stand for 60     seconds. Continuous brewing can add 10-30 seconds. 

You can brew 6-8 times according to your personal preference.

 

2、Cold

Put 6g of tea leaves into a 600cc cold water bottle, shake the container gently and put it in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours, then you can drink sweet cold brew tea (please do not brew for more than 24 hours)

 

※ You can increase or decrease the tea leaves, brewing time and water amount according to your preference.
