【INCENSE.TEA HOUSE】Hsiao Fang Pottery Arts Peach-red glazed small Qin dynasty weight pot gift box

The "Peach-Red Glazed Small Qin Quan Teapot Gift Set" created by Master Cai Xiaofang is a classic piece among Xiaofang Kiln's monochrome glazed teapots, exuding authority and aesthetic tension. It perfectly combines the legendary peach-red glaze, extremely difficult to fire, with the robust shape of the "Qin Quan," derived from the weights and measures of the Qin Dynasty, showcasing the ultimate craftsmanship that balances strength and gentleness. It is an exceptionally rare and exquisite teapot in the collector's market.

Shape Design: The design of the Qin Quan teapot is inspired by the "weight" (quan) used by Qin Shi Huang when he unified the six kingdoms. The body presents a bell-shaped form, tapering at the top and stable at the bottom, with full, strong lines. The spout and handle are precisely proportioned, ensuring a clean and smooth pour.

Glaze Warm and Lustrous: The peach-red glaze, along with the strong transitions of the Qin Quan teapot and at the junction of the shoulder and lid, naturally creates extremely beautiful gradients (commonly known as luster and bone lines) due to the flow of the glaze. This adds a touch of liveliness and delicacy, like a newly blossoming peach blossom, to the originally heavy shape of the weighted teapot.
