Small yellow-glazed covered bowl by Master Cai Xiaofang of Xiaofang Kiln

The glaze is warm and lustrous: The "delicate yellow" glaze of the Ming and Qing imperial families and the lustrous yellow glaze of Xiaofang Kiln (also known as Ming Dynasty cast yellow or royal yellow) belong to the low-temperature iron-yellow glaze category, requiring extremely high craftsmanship. Its color combines nobility and elegance. The color is pure, delicate, and has a natural milky texture, appearing soft and pure. The glaze is thick and lustrous, like butter and jade, with a thick and even glaze layer.

The shape and design: The curvature of the small covered bowl, the bevel of the rim, and the tightness of the fit between the lid knob and the bowl body are all precisely designed. This not only ensures excellent aroma retention but also perfectly conforms to ergonomics when handled, preventing burns.
