Basic steps and techniques for brewing Pu'er tea

Pu'er raw tea can be brewed cold or hot

The water temperature required for brewing Pu'er tea: 100oC boiling water.

The amount of tea in Pu'er tea: the ratio of tea to water is 1 gram of tea: 25cc of water. For example, if the container is 200cc divided by 25 = 8 grams of tea, the tea can be back-flushed multiple times.

Choice of water: pure water or mountain spring water (soft water is better), filtered tap water.

Time to boil water: When boiling water, do not keep boiling it after it boils, because there will be too little oxygen in the water and too many minerals in the water, which will cause hard water and affect the activity of the tea leaves. (Experience of the ancients: When the water is first boiled, small bubbles like crab eyes and fish eyes appear, and the sound is like pine waves. It is the best way to have the feeling of spring tea aroma. If it is boiled too much, it will become "old" and lose its freshness and fragrance. .)

Tea soaking time: It depends on the condition of the tea, 15 seconds for raw tea, 30 seconds for cooked tea, slightly shorter for loose tea, slightly longer for pressed tea, slightly shorter for larger amounts of tea, and slightly shorter for smaller amounts of tea. The time can be slightly longer, the brewing time can be slightly shorter at the beginning, and after multiple brewing times, it can be slightly longer.

The shade can be adjusted according to personal preference.
